Community Outreach Programs
KIDS ART DAY :
This Annual
event offers a variety of hands-on art
activities for children in the Greater
Williamsburg Area is held each Spring in
Williamsburg.
"Art in This Century" is the
theme for Kids
Art Day 2010.
Join us for a day
of family fun on Saturday, April 17, 10:00
a.m. - 1:00 p.m., at TCAG's Art Education
Center in Williamsburg Crossing Shopping
Center, Unit 8 (between Subway & the Coffee
House).
Volunteers
from TCAG hold weekly art classes for inmates
in the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail,
and the gallery hosts an annual exhibition
of their work in the Kiwanis Children’s
Gallery upstairs.
Art classes for children
with disabilities will be offered in cooperation
with the Sharpe Community Scholars Program
at the college of William & Mary and the
James City County Department of Parks & Recreation.
